Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK - Law No. 6698) and other relevant regulations for the following purposes:

Personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and business partners in compliance with KVKK and other relevant regulations, based on legal obligations and legitimate interests.

Personal data is protected against unauthorized access, loss, and unlawful processing. Data is retained for the duration required by relevant legislation and is subsequently deleted in compliance with legal regulations.

Under KVKK, data subjects have the right to:

• Request access to their data,
• Request correction or deletion of their data.

8. Update and Enforcement

This policy may be updated as necessary and is effective from the date of its enforcement.
